Had a really great week at Villa Mariposa. Beautiful place with an excellent pool and spacious rooms. It feels like a home from home. We enjoyed a couple of barbecues, as well as fabulous nights in Peyia, Paphos Harbour and also Kathikas. Can't recommend Villa Mariposa enough and will definitely be looking to return!

This villa is fantastic and is even better than described. It has everything you could need and more. We started booking villa's on holiday some years ago and having rented quite a few now we know what to look for. We want something that is within reasonable distance to shops, restaurants and close to the beach within being compelled to hire a car. We look for something that is spacious, clean, reasonably private and just as important something that is comfortable. This villa lived up to all those expectations and actually exceeded most of them. I can honestly say it is one of the best villa’s we have rented to date. What made it even more exceptional was the WIFI and television. The selection on the television is a lot more than detailed in the advertisement. It has sky but much much more also. Fantastic if you want to have a relaxing evening, barbecue at the pool followed by a couple of drinks and a good movie. Or if you’re a sporting fanatic watch one of the big football games, live, without having to go out to an overcrowded bar. This villa is a must for anyone. Myself and my husband went on our own this year but I fully intend to go back next year with some of the family. It would comfortably hold 6 people. The village where it is located is really quaint and so friendly you really don’t need to go far afield at all but that’s also an option if you want to using the regular reliable bus service. The villa’s security is also excellent. The owners are excellent once you contact them ensuring you have all the information you need. They are so helpful. You would have no regrets whatsoever if you booked this, I certainly intend to go back. Thank you again for allowing me to rent your beautiful home in Cyprus I have been raving about it to all my friends and family.

Great location,coralbay just down the road with lovely restaurants and bars.peyia village has all the usual local shops you'll need.The nearest bar is ten minute walk away.Robin the pool man was great with his local knowledge.What a great week can't wait to go back next year.

wow what an amazing villa, absolutely beautiful. Had the feeling of a home more than a rental villa. High quality furnishings with that little extra touch. Grahame and Helen were fantastic to deal with, nothing was any trouble for them, they even left a gift in the villa for us as it was our 25th wedding anniversary. Spotlessly clean. Pool was fantastic and big enough for six adults to have fun in. Even the pool guy, Robin, was fantastic and full of knowledge and very friendly. Beautiful location with hill and sea views. Highly recommend this superb villa.

This villa exceeded all expectations. It is located in the beautiful village of Pegia, which is within easy reach of Pathos and Coral Bay. The layout of the villa was perfect, catering for every age group. The bedrooms were spacious as was the living/dining room and the kitchen was equipped to the highest standard. The TV in the sitting room was brilliant, and you could even get certain Sky channels. The owners themselves couldn't have been more helpful. The manual that they provided was very informative including places to eat, car hire, bus times etc. I cannot recommend this villa enough. It was perfect in every way. I cannot wait to go back again. Driven to the villa by Akis who we hired the car from - great service. Beautiful villa with everything you could wish for. Amazing pool and garden with an orange tree. Well furnished to a high quality and spotlessly clean. TV with all the channels you could wish for including Sky BT Sport etc. Villa was very cool and did not need the air con even with temperatures in the upper 20's. Coral Bay strip not far away where our favourite restaurants were Seriani - great food at a reasonable price with air con and Colorallo with an amazing wide choice menu. Latchi worth a trip with lovely harbour and great places to eat. Agios Georgios very close with lovely views from the cafe terrace. All in all a great villa to stay in and I am sure we will return one day. Beautiful weather , the villa offers everything you need for that perfect getaway

Such a lovely spacious villa. Comfortable, loved the lounge seating and great to have games included. We became scrabble experts! Great that we were able to get the sports channels as able to watch Liverpool games in comfort without having to pop to a bar. Villa is situated in a great area with lots of local shops, bars, restaurants etc around. Grahame was always quick to respond to any queries we may have had. It was lovely to have the pool, although not heated and a little chilly until late afternoon due to the weather. Plenty of seating outside, and barbecue area. All in all provided a fantastic relaxing holiday just wanted we needed! Would definitely recommend and we will be using again, Thank you Grahame and Helen.

This was our second visit to Villa Mariposa having been so impressed on our first. If anything the villa is even more luxurious than last time having had the pool overhauled, mood lighting fitted, and the sofa's renewed. The standard of accommodation is excellent ...fabulous kitchen, huge flat screen TV, beautiful colour schemes. It's really lovely, spotlessly clean and in a great location for local beaches, restaurants and shops. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and even helped arrange local car rental at a great price. If you're looking for a good sized villa in a great location in Paphos, this is it. Can't wait to go back next year!

This is our second stay at this gorgeous villa and pool. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing enjoyable holiday. The pool & garden are superb for those lazy, restful days. The nearby bars and shops are useful if you don't want to wander too far. Coral Bay, a short bus or taxi ride away is more vibrant with a wider range of bars, restaurants and shops. We recommend a visit to The Harbour and the mosaics, also if you fancy a bit of an adventure Adonis Baths (expect a bumpy ride and some steep steps). All in all a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. This is the 3rd year staying in this lovely villa. This villa ticks all the boxes for us. Quiet residential area, but only 10 min walk to nearest shops and bars.The villa has a large pool which has new pool lining and mood lighting this year. Great when sitting out having that last drink before retiring for the night. Also new this year is the leather sofas in the lounge . Really comfy while watching the World Cup.Grahame and Helen really have the villa set up Just right.I can’t recommend this villa enough .

Ive stayed in many villas but grahame and helen's felt very homely and i could have stayed longer than a week. We got our car from akis who brought us to the villa which was very helpful especially as it was dark when we got there. I will be returning next year..🌞🌞

A very enjoyable holiday enhanced by a lovely villa with all you could need. Website info was spot on. Good pool which was cleaned regularly. Pool guy gave good advice about eating out etc. TV has an amazing number of channels including all SKY and BT sports, movies, box sets etc. Villa clean and well maintained. Plenty of places to eat within a short distance although we needed the car to get to Peyia village. Costas restaurant and Savvas grill stood out in our opinion. Owner was very helpful in all communications before and after our holiday. I would recommend this villa to families and friends without hesitation. Finally, October was a lovely time to visit. Temperatures were 25-30 degrees and no rain.

The property is very clean and well maintained. It is also equiped with everything you need during your vacation. Comfortable sofas in specious living room and tarrace, swiming pool and barbecue in the garden. Wi-FI is working with no problems all over the place which is important to me and kids :). Very nice owners also makes you feel much more comfortable and peaceful while you on holiday. I realy love this place, and it's absolutely worth recommendation.

Great villa and pool in a perfect location for easy access to shops, restaurant and the beach. Everything that you need is at the villa. Fantastic bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Well kept villa with everything thought off. Ideal location close to peyia shops and coral bay. however, would advise to hire a car. The pool man Robin and maintenance team Sian & Andrew were all full of information about the area and guidance on good restaurants. Owners Grahame and Helen quick to respond to all our questions and were extremely helpful. The villa was superb and pool area was a good size. However, be aware that those expecting a silent retreat the rear of the property backs on to the Peyia road, this didn't bother us as we got used to it. Our favourite restaurant was Oniros by the sea - past coral bay towards cape st George (a lovely sun set view and a shipwreck boat) We had a fabulous holiday thank you to the owners and would recommend the villa to others.

Lovely clean modern and bright.Good size swimming pool.Nice location in Peyia lovely village everything you need here.5 minutes drive to coral bay.Our 2nd time here nice quiet residential area exactly what we wanted.1st time in September, this year came in July.The weather was fantastic. The owners Grahame and Helen are great nothings to much trouble phone calls or emails.just need to decide what dates next year to book.LOVE IT..

This is by far the best villa I’ve ever been to in Cyprus . There is really nothing to fault about it and the management support was the best we’ve known we had two minor problems and they were sorted within an hour There are 3 bar restaurants within walking distance and a couple of supermarkets we tended to shop at Phillipos in Coral Bay. We used taxis to Coral Bay a few times and it was only 6 euro so well worth a night without driving . The pool area is amazing we really got our use of that and had some lovely bbq .Again would definitely recommend this villa and will definitely be booking again
